Melee Damage and Orc Passives

So I got really bored and decided to see what the Orc melee damage passive, Swift Warrior, really does to your DPS. Everything was tested on a Stamina Sorcerer and was as accurate as I could make it. Damage percentage could change with certain gear and CP's, but this is what I got during my tests.

I really like playing an Orc. Because of their shier size and strength, they are meant to be one of the hardest hitting races in Elder Scrolls when it comes to melee combat. I agree with what abilities count as melee damage, but I don't agree with the damage modifier from the Orc passive. I think it should be higher... maybe 8% (6% increase because of messed up CP calculation). I would like to suggest a higher number like 10% for PvE purposes, but this would upset PvP. These are the other Orc passives.

The other passives are fair, but I think the extra 4% stamina from a Redguard or Imperial will do more for you than the 1.2% (Maybe 2% in PvP) overall damage increase from the Orc passive. The Orc also comes with no sustain passive, but does have a health and healing received passive which is a fair trade. The sprint passive is kinda cool, but not great.

Now that I look back at it, Orcs are not a bad race to choose at all, just a bit disappointing for PvE.

I saw an increase in both my damage and healing when I switched to from orc to redguard.

Swift warrior is kind of a meh passive, especially now with the swift jewelry, it should be changed to %10 movement speed instead of sprint speed, cost reduction is fine, and the %4 damage passive could use a little buff aswell.
