MagDK - Elegant or Sun 2-nd set

I was playing a lot with Silks of the Sun (+370 Spell Damage to Flame Damage abilities), than changed for Elegant (Light and Heavy Attack damage +20%.) in hope the heavy attacks from flame staff will be more powerful, but untill now I'm not sure which one is better (in single target damage in PvE). In theory maybe, which should be better?

CP800+ MagDK Argonian w/light armor all divines and flame/resto staff.

Thats a very weird build, but of the two sets given, Sun should be better. It boost all of your damage, instead of only your light attacks.

Sun definitely, especially with the recent update that consolidated Light Attacks as DPS and Heavy Attacks as resource regen.

My MagDK currently runs 5 BSW, 5 Sun and 2 Grothdar.
