Sloads keep ticking on your character even when you have killed the player who applied it to you.
That isn’t accurate. But plenty of other lingering dots can do so, even skoria.
Why is this intended but my meteor does 0 dmg when i die before the impact.

I’ll test out the sloads thing. If you have screenshots of combat logs of this happening that would save me the trouble. Usually a late Sload proc is caused by a long, lingering dot like structured entropy
Dawnbreaker isn’t dodgeable though. That I have tested. You stopped playing before they made the change where it became undodgeable though. In a duel I save my DBOS until I root them, forcing them into a dodge roll and hit them with the DBoS then so I know they aren’t blocking it.
I think I was seeing sloads proc off a few things that may or may not be intended:
- reflects - poison injection on a DK who reflects, results in DK's sloads going off on you via the poison injection dot (working as intended?)
- volatile armour - can sloads proc off hitting a DK who has valatile armour buff running - I swore it did last night, but wasnt concerned enough to record or check combat logs.

There is no cool down. It lasts for six seconds every six seconds. Also it often has 7 ticks.
Set Tooltip wrote:(5 items) Damaging an enemy has a 10% chance to put a Leeching Shadow on them, dealing 853 Oblivion Damage every 1 second for 6 seconds. This effect can occur every 6 seconds.
It's 7 ticks over 6 seconds, because it starts ticking at second 0, not at 1.

Is it that SO many people are using it that a player gets 4+ applications of it on them? I haven't been able to zone into Cyro since Summerset so I haven't seen it in action. I do understand that it's damage that bypasses all defenses, but singly that DoT seems tiny.
