No, seriously, have you played your own game recently? If you have (and you must since how else would you make all these amazing changes), you must have noticed that Time Stop comprises 60% (educated guess) of all skills fired during any fight but especially keep defense (where it might be the only skill used). And I get it, a giant AOE that negates 5k worth of healing and slows before freezing you into a CC that isn't breakable for a couple of seconds, god forbid should you forget your immovable pots. But lets be real, like EOTS, this skill is now OP. And it literally is being spammed every second, groups are running it as perhaps the ONLY defensive skill on a breach. Imo its just making combat stale. Obviously anyone who PvPs regularly could have told you this would be the case prior to release, but there you have it. Maybe trash the slow prior to the freeze? With all the other snares in this game, this seems unnecessary.
Oh, and sloads procs off of siege. Common. Do you know what its like having Sloads proc on you when you're trying to get through oils and guards on a magicka toon?
Oh, and snipe is still causing desyncs and lag, really badly when combined with CC poisons.
