✭✭✭✭✭They're really cheap to buy from guild traders thanks to the New Life Festival (December) event. Look on any guild trader for "Runebox: Nordic Bath Towel" and you should be able to find it. I believe it's a gold-level item, so that will help narrow the search for you a bit, since there's no search bar that uses keywords.
Or you can wait until the New Life Festival in December and maybe get one for free from a festival box (if they bring it back again this year).1
