Sload: Another day I can't play PvP

Sload never kill. Sload is just a finisher. Skills kill players. Sload is just the finisher. Stop crying and play.

I'm playing currently below level 50 BGs with my new character and there Sload is being under heavy use as well.
Tho these situations when I've actually died for Sloads, were those moments when I did run out of stamina to break free from stun and Sload over time ate my health, when multiple people had the effect on me and I couldn't cleanse it away from me. But when keeping in mind that I was running with level 30 gear with less optimal stats, I didn't mind. (I'll have that dilemma solved with my final CP gear with tri stat glyphs, so at final point I will have more stamina to use.)
But then again, what are the odds to survive, when rest of my team is dead, meanwhile both opponent teams got plenty players around me? At that point I didn't really care do I see Sload on the death recap screen or nah. Doesn't really matter.

Wait, an antinightblade set? Gotta get some of the set. There is nothing worse than a nightblade ganker and ANYTHING that can be done to counter them is absolutely GREAT!!!!

Can you not just add your whine about Sloads, to someone else's whiny post about Sloads please?
You don't need to make a whole new threat about EXACTLY the same topic.
You are really beginning to clog up the entire forum with this nonsense.

If I can manage against Sloads with a Stamblade, you sure as hell can manage on a Magblade with eternal purge resources.

Honestly. This set isn't that bad imo. I'm a magblade main and it doesn't hurt that badly. The other day
I was in Cyro with my buddy and we ended up killing two stamsorcs easily who both wore the set. My friend is also a magblade and he had no heal aside from Sap Essence.

Yesterday, I tried out the set on my newly lvl50 stamblade in bgs and while it was nice against people who used shields a lot it was outhealed fairly well

It just shouldn’t stack... if ppl had the ability to 1vX, but cannot now simply because of this set... that’s a huge issue.

Solo players are always susceptible to being outnumbered. You can run into five people wearing any set and you will still likely die. Unless they’re PVE champs with no clue.

That's the problem though. While I appreciate the effort this completely ruins pvp because we're forced to entirely switch our playstyles, classes, resource focus just to counter some stupid meta SET. It's just a banaid that quite frankly only supports this bs set and braindead design.

Yes, if you refuse to run meta you will always underperform people who run meta. This isn’t a new concept and it isn’t unique to Sload’s. This is a fact that has been true for every single meta in the game, either you adapt to it or your performance in PVP suffers.

Sure, the set should probably get it’s bugs fixed and get nerfed but until it does the only logical option is to adapt

The damage it does it nothing alone tbf. Even my squishy-af bomber nb can take it. The problem is that it's cloak-breaking.

It's just beyond reasonable. How am i as a nb supposed to cloak when literally every single person in PvP is using Sload?

I'm getting real sick and tired of ZoS' terrible marketing visions. As if nobody would buy Summerset if they didn't f*k it up like this. It's been here for almost a month now, no word, no action taken by ZoS. Gee f**kn gee you just destroyed a class.

Level stam warden, heavy armor, equip dw and steel tornado, pop immov pot, queue up sub assault, wings, smash DBoS, spin to win. Sloads users won’t bother u much. Most of them are terrible players and drop like rocks.

Oh no, I am a nightbalde in PvP and got killed! No surprise there...killing 20 nightblades as easy to finish as kill 20 players..I kill nightblades all the time, without any help from Sloads. Get real OP! Sloads doesnt do a SINGLE THING to you that Viper doesnt or any number of other DoT proc sets. The problem here is that you play a glass cannon build that relies entirely on stealth for survival...I guess the run and hide playstyle might require a re-think for you. You would be better off investing in some survivability with heavy armor and heals instead of whinging about a single set that really doesnt do much damage. Do you really think there would be any difference if all those people were wearing Viper? In fact, with a 100% proc chance on viper, I am sure you would take more damage from it. Sloads is just the flavor of the month, eventually everyone and their mother will move on to something else...in the meantime stop trying to face-tank zergs in a glass cannon build.
