Long Character Load

When trying to log on to a character, I get stuck at "Logging in: Requesting Character Load..." If I crash the game and come back, the first load is short. Then if I log out and back in on another character, I get stuck at the same screen until I crash.
Anyone else having issues?

✭Just got this as well. PC NA.
Tried to log in on my character and got stuck at the “requesting character load” for 5 minutes before I force quit.
After relaunching I was able to load my character in a few seconds.0 -

I had the same results at first, but then even that wouldn't work. Just repaired the client and will give it another go.0 -

Anyway.
@DuskMarine @Left4Daud if you guys are still having issues, try to repair from the launcher. I've been able to get in ok after doing that.0 -

I have the same issue. I was playing, it booted me and now I can't get back in.0 -

ZadarSoul ShrivenPC NA Windows 10. All my characters are at bank in Velyn Harbor, Malabal Tor.
I log on and load first character, do some gaming, drop out to character select screen, try to log into second character:
infinite load screen.
Use task manager to end it. Restart launcher, select character:
infinite load screen.

infinite load screen.
Use task manager to end it. Restart computer, restart launcher, select character:
infinite load screen.
Use task manager to end it. Uninstall, reinstall, restart launcher, select character: Hey, I am back do some gaming, drop out to character select, select another character:
Infinite load screen.
Use task manager to end it. Restart router, restart computer, repair, restart launcher, select character:
infinite load screen.
Thinking reinstalling every time I change a character session isn't going to be a good work around for me.0 -
Anrose✭✭✭✭✭Repairing seemed to work for a bit, but it got terrible again. Couldn’t log in on any character for about an hour. Repaired again, and finally after 30 or so minutes, was able to get back in.0

NevsSoul ShrivenI have similar issue, but on Xbox One. Requesting character load which eventually fails and throws me back to the start screen. Will create a thread in XB support group.
Meanwhile I've sent a ticket to support. Waiting a reply...0
