Long Range teleport ability?

Are there any long-range teleporting skills in this game?

By this I mean the ability to travel beyond visual range (even within the same zone) without needing to be at a specific location.

I am doing the Mage's Guild quests and one of the characters seems to have this ability...do PCs have access to this at any level?

    Don't think so. If there were some, it would only be just to implement a levitation skill line as well. But I don't think that one's coming ;)

    I don't think so. Skills in ESO don't really seem to be used for Utility except in the case of crafting. I could be wrong though.

    Other than WayShrines, I don't know and haven't seen of any ability like this.

    You COULD join a group and teleport to the group member who's in the location you want...
