Xbox NA unbearable game freezes

Has this been addressed at all? Its really really bad. my game serial freezes in high population areas like wayrest and cyro, and im not the only one. Its so bad. Please tell me someone is looking in to this soon. Zenimax dont let it take you a month to fix this. its SOOOO BAD right now its hard to even be near a keep in pvp.

alegedly this will get fixed (well "some performance improvement" in late June according to Jessica Folsom yesterday.
