B3 Ice Wolf and Crates not on acct

So I got an email earlier saying the Ice wolf mount and crates were added to my account. I logged on, and I dont have Either thing. I had an Ice wolf from awhile ago so I dont know if it will be a different one or something.

    I got the same email, and when I logged in I got the ice wolf, but no crates.

    No, it's the same wolf. But i'm having the same issue, i got the email about 30 minutes ago telling me the next time i logged in, my crates would be added to my account. I've relogged 3 times since then and i still haven't gotten my crates.

    Same here. I got the wolf :), but so far no crates. :(

    Received and email saying I got the wolf (which I already had) and 5 crates. No crates, no wolf (or crowns since I already had it).

    Did the wolf just disappear from your collections tab?

    Each mount can do its own thing.

    If you're playing on PC, then press the Space Bar on each of your mounts while you're mounted but not moving. :D

    No I still have it, but I'm assuming like with any other mount you'd receive that you already collected from a crate you'd receive crown gems instead.

    Hi everyone!

    We're aware of an issue where players aren't receiving the crates from the BE3 event. Once it's resolved, we'll get those out to you. We appreciate your patience!

    Yeah I just got an e-mail saying I got the mount and five crates. Log in to see that I did indeed get the mount, but no crates.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno Will the rest be given out as the week goes on or is this a bug?
