B3 Ice Wolf and Crates not on acct

So I got an email earlier saying the Ice wolf mount and crates were added to my account. I logged on, and I dont have Either thing. I had an Ice wolf from awhile ago so I dont know if it will be a different one or something.

itsJylerTAG✭✭✭No, it's the same wolf. But i'm having the same issue, i got the email about 30 minutes ago telling me the next time i logged in, my crates would be added to my account. I've relogged 3 times since then and i still haven't gotten my crates.0 -

No I still have it, but I'm assuming like with any other mount you'd receive that you already collected from a crate you'd receive crown gems instead.0 -

redshirt_49✭✭✭✭Yeah I just got an e-mail saying I got the mount and five crates. Log in to see that I did indeed get the mount, but no crates.
