No wolf, no crate, no email = no free stuffs?

So people are riding wolf left and right while I still got nothing. I linked account and watched the twitch but didn't know there was this extension thing. I didn't click on it, not sure if it was even there, or if I "enabled" it. Does that mean no free stuffs for me? Or ZOS are still sending them out and I should wait?

I did not click on the extension still i got the e-mail with the code, and even @ZOS_JessicaFolsom mentioned in one comment that the extension was not required

Hey @TheDarkShadow,

There was no need to utilize any kind of extension. All that was required was linking your ESO and Twitch accounts and being present in the stream during the BE3 presentation.

We're currently looking into an issue where some rewards weren't distributed, primarily the crates as the mounts seem to have gone out. Once we have that resolved and have stated so here on the forums, if you still haven't received anything please let us know.

i just think its dumb that yall are locking stuff behind twitch streams now its really getting sad especially for those of us who work during these things its really not a fair use idea.

These are rewards given out to people who participate in events and help grow the community and promote the game. More eyes on a stream means it's higher up on the Twitch rankings. It seems like they are very interested in building up their Twitch presence. It's not to take something away from you, but to incentivize people to take part in something that will help sell the game.

I got the wolf but not the crates and I watched the entire stream. What should I do to get my crates @ZOS_Edward ?

Stream was great, free stuff it great too. Little bumps not a problem, especially considering how quick it was distributed.

I got the email saying I got the wolf and crates, but haven't received either yet (and everyone I know has gotten the wolf already that got the email) - and I've logged out and in several times.

Hello i got the ice wolf but no 5 crates tried log in and log out + restart the game and launcher still no crates

Just like receiving coupons on a receipt from the store, complaining about free stuff is a petty. Keep in mind this game is world wide. So who's work schedule do they need to work around, yours, the UK, the other 22 different time zones?

I'm thankful to the people for the work time and effort they put forth into these projects to keep the momentum steam-rolling forward. Advancing the community and game for the better. Sacrificing their family time, their lives for a game, so you can complain about not getting free things. Is there bugs, sure, are people going to complain about free stuff, sure. This is not a perfect world and people aren't perfect. Be grateful for what you have.

Same issue here, my ESO account and my twitch account have been linked for a while now, I watched the entire twitch stream logged into my twitch account, but received absolutely nothing so far.
