For me:

Primary issues:
1. Lag at primetime
2. Whacked scoring. Still no incentive to play the campaign on PC-EU. Leads to too many experienced groups just farming/trolling - which imo is pretty toxic gameplay when there's too much of it, and will ultimately destroy the campaign as much as the whacked scoring.
I already notice lower populations in Cyro - probably heavily due to these issues.

I'd say that persistent performance issues lead to most of the other problems, especially those exacerbated by low population.

If it didn’t crash I’d be ok with everything. The entire concept of Elder Scrolls is to be a walking god more or less. If everyone is OP than no one is ... or something. Just fix the crashes and I’m good. I could care less about what procs people use.

Damage output is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than healing. That's the issue.
