Templar ability backlash, decent, but could be much better

So, there is a problem with this ability, it's either too strong, in pvp where you can line up insane burst, or too weak in pvp, i have a better idea, instead of coping the damage, and exploding for one big damage burst that is decided by your max resources, meaning that if you do very good damage,. this ability will be weak as hell, because you do way more damage then what is needed to get the full effect and all the extra damage will be wasted, make it work like this: The damage copied is less, BUT, it copies the damage throughout the duration with no limit, and the duration should be increased to 10/12 seconds, this way, it won;t be as bursty in pvp, and in pve it will be a lot better.
