Xbox One Summerset Perfomance Issues

Since the latest update the game consistently freezes briefly every 20-30 seconds. It is unplayable, I have asked around and most people if not everyone is experiencing this issue as well (Across all zones & Dungeons). I know this probably isn't an easy fix but it needs to be fixed as soon as possible otherwise people simply won't play the game.

Anrose✭✭✭✭✭This is currently an issue on PC as well. ZOS has replied saying they have a fix that will go in an incremental patch. Hopefully it applies to console, too. Cheers!1 -

✭Yup you just run along in any zone and it freezes for about a second every 60 secs. Then resumes. It’s not making it unplayable but it’s not very good.0 -

If you're in any kind of competitive situation PVP/Vet Trial/BGs then it's unplayable. It's probably fine if you're questing or roleplaying though.0 -
MotoVexGTSoul ShrivenI can verify the same with Cyrodiil. Before Summerset, I could run in a zerg with like half the (PvP) server on my screen, in 4k with HDR on, and not have more than a dropped frame or two (Xbox One X). Post Summerset, my experience is DESTROYED. I tried turning HDR off, turning it down to 1080p, then 720p. The problem gets less and less the lower I go with the graphics settings, but it still goes into an unrecoverable freeze. I have to actually kill the game and come back into it. PvE is totally unaffected by this, for me, but I don't do Trials. I also don't do much in terms of battle grounds, but I spent an hour or so with it on 1080 and I didn't freeze up.
In Cyrodiil, I'll freeze as soon as I hit a big battle, or within 10 minutes of being there.Edited by MotoVexGT on June 11, 2018 12:15AM0
