Endless Load Screens In BGs

Anyone else getting endless load screens upon entering BGs? I get them and sometimes notice other people get them too. I just got stuck 15 mins waiting for a 3rd player to join our team. Match wouldn't start without them and everyone just ended up quitting. I got a 20 min leaver penalty on the char I wanted to play. Switched characters to something else and then it became my turn to get stuck on the endless load screen....
