Follow the instructions, get the stuff.GUYS, is the drop rate assured or just random? I really would like the mount!
Am I wrong it's for US players only? Just saw someone mentioned it will be on at 2:30 am UK time today - so all hard working EU subscribers will be in deep sleep.

One of my favorite mounts.

Yeah and the instructions seem... Finnicky? Everybody I spoke with isn't sure on how to interpret them, especially as the translated version of the article uses some really confusing terms.
First, I linked the accounts as required, so this is done.
Now the question is: is the twitch drop assured or is it a chance? And also, you obtain it only through watching the stream or do you also need to interact with their extension (polls etc.)? I read that leaderboards don't count for the drops, and that's fine, but nowhere is mentioned whether I also need to actively use the extension to be eligible for the drop

Oh well, it's just a bunch of gambling crates and a wolf I already have. Not a big loss.

My understanding is that if you have to watch the stream and use the extension. You don't have to do the polls or the other things. But you have to have turned it on while watching the stream.
Personally, I am going to try what the extension offers just for the heck of it.

What is the extension tough? Where can you find it?

Per a post I found on Reddit. Streams that use the extention will have a little puzzle piece on the bottom right of the screen. You may have to grant it access.
Has this been on already? Was it on 230am this morning?
E3 Timetable for different timezones:
For all the fun and games, join us on Sunday, June 10 at 6:30 pm PT (preshow at 6:15pm PT) on Twitch.TV/Bethesda.
There is confusion regarding the instructions....

If I understand this process correctly (which I mostly learned from Reddit):
1) Make sure both Bethesda, and ESO, accounts are linked to Twitch account.
2) During the Bethesda stream... There should be a "puzzle piece" icon at the lower-right corner of the screen. Click that, and it will activate/install the extension. (I have tried doing an extension search on Twitch now, and nothing BE3, or Bethesda, comes up). This appears to be the main point of confusion, as it is not even remotely explained in the announcement.
3) I have no idea if you have to interact with anything (polls, trivia, etc.) during the stream, or just clicking on the puzzle icon and streaming will be enough to have a shot at the pixilated shinies.
This is my understanding of the process as of now. Clarification from an official party would be nice.
"Participants that access the Extension on Twitch while viewing the Bethesda E3 Showcase will have an opportunity to receive a Twitch Drop package featuring items for The Elder Scrolls Online, The Elder Scrolls: Legends, and Quake Champions. For for details on the items being given away, check out our story on Bethesda.net."

Soooo.... It's not guaranted????
First it's about a live stream from a game convention, so of course it's given in the local time the event takes place. It would be different if it was a stream from the gamescom in Germany and they would still only give US times instead of the local time (GMT+2 in that case).
ZOS though is usually really great when it comes to time conversions. The starting time of each day for the upcoming crown crate event is given in GMT for instance.
