trumpets trombones are brass they are more blowing into metal types
Saxaphone looks like a brass but is actually a woodwind...go figure

but then again i cant hear so good....being partly deaf i dont really have the sound on often.
I am on PC so not sure if the music is the same. I assume it is.
The music is this as far as I can tell;
The opening solo is a trumpet.
Then there is a choral section.
Then a harp plays with strings.
Then more Choral
Then back to the trumpet we heard at the beginning
Then flute and oboe and other woodwinds
Then strings, and woodwinds
More strings and a French horn with a counter melody with choral.
Ends.
Next section starts with Oboe or bassoon.
Some more Strings.
Flutes and woodwinds with choral
Yet more choral, strings etc
Hey, a Piccolo
More oboe.....
etc.
There is really quite a lot going on and lots of music to hear to try pin-point what specific part you are hearing, sorry.
(EDIT: I want to thank the music director and composer for such lovely music too. Kudos to all involved.)

Actually Oboe and Bassoon are related and both have double reeds. Oboe's are black usually which is why they look a bit like a clarinet, but that's more to do with the material they were traditionally made from.
Clarinets and Saxophones have a single reed and a contoured mouthpiece the reed vibrates against.

Here’s a link to the Summerset theme on YouTube... Listen for the instrument you’re talking about and tell us the time on the video. That will help us figure out what you are hearing.https://youtu.be/a0e2ugmF04M

This is the 21st century. We have things called computers in this age. This means that people can make instrumental music without musical instruments and, thank god, without instrumentalists too. It's all bits and bytes until it hits your speakers.

I would honestly want go back in the past. Without computers and we'll. Wooden ships and loads of Instruments. But same time I've checked the credits in game. Not finished all of them, but ZOS uses studio to make there music. (forgot name, it in credit though) but people (not sure what they called) play instruments. Has instrument name by there names (those playing music)
At those times, what I'm hearing, I can assume it's brass, probably trombone or euphonium/baritone, but I can be wrong.
yah, if it's the booming/resonating sound starting right after 0:59, it sounds brass to me as well - too high for a tuba, and sounds lower than a traditional trumpet, so yah, I'd guess @froil is right, and it's probably a brass somewhere in the middle (he listed them)
not that I know music all THAT well, so I could be full of crap

Wow. What a waste of our money!
My money is on the baritone horn. I've sent the intro music off to someone who plays the baritone to see if he agrees with me
