Procs are a little too strong in no-CP at the moment, but using proc sets doesn't make someone less skilled. Some of the best players in the game are the ones stacking the most heinous BS and it's always been that way.

Recent proc sets are such a crutch. Most skilled players use it to have as easier time as less skilled players are having in killing. And some of them use them to generate QQ to get those sets nerfed. But agreed, this meta is cancerous. I don't even wanna PvP lol.

3 proc sets ? Hah. I've seen builds stacking even 4 proc sets with mater dual wield on front bar and 5th piece of another proc set on back bar.
