Steam users cannot log in using the eso64.exe if they purchased through Steam in the last few years.
The game is linked to your Steam account and does not accept your Steam login credentials.
**Should mention, i'm on PC-EU and I'm in the UK.
That explains at least why i can't login via eso64.exe....
