Long game freezing since summerset

Has anyone else noticed this?? Maybe like 4-10 second freezes? Like you were crashing but then you dont crash... Im trying to see if its happening to a lot of people..
Im on xbox and when summerset came out i thought that it was just the amount of players in summerset causing it.. But no, its happening everywhere and it actually makes pvp not worth playing as all.. Saw some poor sap say that he lost his 1vx yesterday because of one of these long freezes... So ya, are a lot of others experiencing this? On xbox mainly, but any platform...
