Support department needs improvement.

I've submitted tickets to support with various concerns. And the majority of the time they post responses that were not requested. They really need to improve their accuracy and customer service standards. If someone requests the concern to be forwarded to a specific department, that ticket should be addressed accordingly.

hello, this is kimli, we are very sorry you are having this problem today. we know it can be frustrating. but first, some information, what is your sign ? which character are you having a problem with ? do you have a favorite toe ? what would constitute a perfect bowel movement for you ?

More seriously... my experience with support is not all that bad. However, I have not needed them in months.
