The Zerg Lag Debuff has been buffed too much

The lag from this patch is unrivaled to the point that pvp is almost unplayable. I play on PS4 NA server. Anytime you approach a zerg in pvp, the whole game can freeze up. I can literally walk up to a 50 person zerg and 40 of them will be frozen and its a free killing zone. Please fix this, more top tier players are taking a break due to this.
