I preordered the game in 2014 and nothing is working, Help?

It says I have 30 days of ESO Plus which is not working and after a hr of searching I cannot figure out how to activate. Is spending the $35 on crowns the only viable way to add morrowind without having to go to steam to get the base game and morrowind for $20 which would mean I lose all my pre order benefits? I refuse to pay more money to buy a game I already pre bought before release or to pay more for morrowind than the base game and morrowind together on steam, just wondering if this will even be a game I put anymore $ or time into.

Why not just use your ESO account without Steam?
There's no way around playing on Steam without buying a copy of the base game on Steam and linking your Steam account to your ESO account.
If you can't log in to the game through the regular login screen, start an account recovery through a support ticket.0
