Absolutely beautiful Zenimax, this is the perfect sense of overgrowth, thick grass, overlapping canopy, so much GREEN. This patch of woods next to Cey-Tarn Keep, as well as Ebon Stadmont are EXACTLY what I've been hoping from your level designers, or whatever their job titles are. I've been so giddy walking through Summerset solely because of this.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Please give them my appreciation over their work designing the Zone. Their attention to detail has been phenomenal this time.

The world building and the music and atmosphere of Summerset are just absolutely spot on. There and Artaeum absolutely feel more magical than anywhere else in Tamriel.

They did a good job with the foliage density in Summerset in a few places. I know they can't do much more due to the engine, but I love that they're pushing the boundaries more and more each DLC.

Malabal Tor is much less dense. They create an illusion of thick foliage by using really big trees that block sunlight. This lets them get away with only needing to place a few trees. Summerset's forests are much more realistic.

I'm going to be a negative nancy and say while those areas do look cool they also give me terrible performance issues and the foliage is quite low res but it still looks good.

Overall they did a great job with Summerset and Artaeum's look.

i mean you show me another dev team of their size that can push out consistently decent size dlc for an MMO every 3 months with all voice acted content with loads of quests etc support a cash shop for moneitzation and have a larger yearly dlc. I think for the staff they have working on the game and all the other stuff we get throughout the year they did an amazing job.

The limitation here is the engine the game runs on. The dev team does a great job considering its limitations.

That is very nice (still haven't played that game).

I actually loved the game. It is worth it now that the bugs have (mostly) been addressed.

Also, also one more thing.

Flat. Bridges.

Every other bridge I've seen across Tamriel are arched, many at horrid degrees. It's like no one's ever heard of a heavy loaded horse drawn cart before. I may hate Altmer with a passion, but they do know their stuff when it comes to Architecture.

Those beta forests were truly incredible, it's amazing how far real-time CGI has come. They had to ruin them unfortunately so the game would actually run on most PCs and consoles. Hopefully that level of graphics will be viable for the mass market in a few years.
