For some reason ZOS has decided to alienate their console users.
Message received, ZOS! Our money is not valued the same as other platforms.
Yeah, because you're spending so much on free stuff...
Though, seriously, this is probably related to the Twitch drops thing. In that case, the issue is squarely on the shoulders of Sony and Microsoft not permitting account linking to their platforms. It's not ZOS messing with you.
nonsense, Warframe has "Free Prime with Twitch Prime" going on for all platforms including xbone and ps4

That’s right: free stuff. Anyone who accesses our Twitch extension during #BE3 (via Twitch.TV/Bethesda or Twitch.TV/Twitch) will be enrolled to receive a special Twitch Drop package featuring items for The Elder Scrolls Online, Quake Champions and The Elder Scrolls: Legends.

Where PT time is now 8 hours behind my timezone that would make the Twith feed start time 02:30 Monday morning. (June 11).
There have been several sponsored streams with Twitch drops enabled since the June 5th launch, none of which were officially advertised here or by ZOS.
I only knew about them when I randomly popped my Twitch app open and surfed to the ESO game page. Then noticed the green "Drops Enabled!" label in their streams.
(Great Britain) then? If that's correct, then yes, stream starts at Monday morning 2.30am (for most of Europe it's 3.30am).
Oh wait, Pacific time, on Sunday? No can do, I'll be fully in my 5E tabletop at that hour. I had thought it was Eastern and I could watch pre-5E. Oh well.
(No, I won't toss it on in the background. I even shut down Discord to avoid distractions during the game).
