I am experiencing screen tearing when i move around in the game .I have v-sync on and that usally solves the problem.But i still get it when i have v-sync on

pgiambal✭VSync will only apply in Fullscreen mode. Are you in Fullscreen?
You may also have an AMD / Nvidia setting overriding this in your graphics driver control panel.0 -
