I bought ESO an additional 6 months of ESO plus on May 22nd through an ESO streamers twitch page since my sub was ending June 1st. My card was charged, I got the free Welkynd crate, I got the crowns from purchasing, but on June 1st when my old sub expired, I lost ESO plus in game. I looked on my account page on the ESO website and it says I have 540 days of ESO plus left (not sure why so many days) and it is Paused.

ZOS has refused to respond to my tickets and I am not getting access to the ESO plus that they gladly took my money for.

TL;DR: Save yourself a bunch of hassle with ZOS BS... If you bought the game through steam, don't buy ESO plus through twitch.

This is the kind of thing that ZOS must get absolutely right, no excuses. It is a $180/year premium membership for pete's sake!

    Thanks for the heads-up.
My Steam ESO+ expires tomorrow I think, and I have a month bought through twitch for after that. We'll see if it happens to mine too. :/

Hmm seems like it could be a simple bug with multiple linked accounts set up. I have made several crown purchases with no issues. It takes longer to process but eh...

Wanted to say the same thing happened to me. Logged in today, no ESO+, even though I had bought a month's worth through twitch for this month. Like the OP, when I look at my account on the website, it shows I have 29 days of ESO+ remaining, yet in-game I have no ESO+ enabled.

    UPDATE:

After @ZOS_GinaBruno stepped in, ZOS finally got back to me and corrected the situation. I appreciate the help, just wish the system was working correctly to begin with... I basically lost those days of gameplay since my bank and craft bag no longer worked, making it was borderline unplayable since I couldn't transfer items/mats between characters.

Next time I will stick to buying through Steam...

Please note that they only intervened for you because you made this issue public and it had a chance to hurt their sales through twitch. Wonder when they are going to realize it’s hurting their numbers by excluding console users from all of the twitch rewards as well?

Good to know that buying through Twitch is not a good idea. I was going to renew my ESO Plus through that and happen to have ESO through steam only because it was super cheap through humble bundle at one point. Any word on a real fix for this??? @ZOS_GinaBruno
