Each new trait drops from a different source. None of those sources is dolmens.
The patch notes have a very good summary of what traits you find where.
Trait Source
Bloodthirsty Rarely found as rewards for weekly Trials quests
Harmony Rarely acquired in Undaunted chests
Infused Rarely found in Psijic Portals
Triune Rarely found from daily board quests in Cyrodiil
Protective Ring from completing Summerset Main Quest
Necklace from Psijic Order quests
Swift Rarely found from Jewelry Crafting Writs

And in a few weeks you will be able to buy them cheap in guildstores. Besides you still have to level the skill line to make max level and gather the mats to make it.
Its going to be a while before your making your first set.
Just be aware that even in the special places those 6 new traits drop, they don't drop as jewelry you can wear. They only drop as research-only "exemplary" jewelry. It also can not be deconstructed - research or give/sell to others for research are the only things you can do with it.
Jewelry that you can actually wear and deconstruct still only drops in the 3 original traits: healthy, robust and arcane.
This of course means that getting the trait stones for those 6 new traits is maybe even more of a PITA than the upgrade grains which you do get from decon of green, blue, purple and gold jewelry.
Maybe wearable jewelry with the new traits will drop at some time in the future but if and when they haven't said.

You can get the trait stone for swift from writ vendors...20 vouchers.
You can get the trait stone for triune from pvp researcher...100K AP.
Get the trait stone and have a guildy make you a piece of jewelry to research.

Yeah I know you can and I'm on PC so I already have 5 traits each researched, working on the 6th for rings and I have one of each of everything I still need to research.
I was simply saying that since deconstructible jewelry still only drops in the 3 legacy traits getting trait grains for those is relatively easy during the course of routine decon but it's rare for the other 6 traits because other than buying them from the vendors that sell them, refining ore is the only chance you have of getting some.

Once everyone has their trait research done, I am guessing there will be very little actual crafting of jewelry. Getting the raw mats, the upgrade mats, the trait stones, etc., is just too much of a grind. Will there be the handful of min/max players who will spend the sheer amount of time/money necessary to craft a CP160 gold infused necklace of Hunding's Rage? Of course. But I think they will be few and far between. Unless ZOS make some changes, Jewelry Crafting is going to be more of a, "Transmute my existing dropped jewelry to latest patch's meta trait," system than a regular crafting profession.

Well my main crafter is an orc and I'd like to have at least one character who can make max-level jewelry of any set, so I'll do it on at least him if no one else. But as a PVE only player I'm not too happy to have to play Cyrodiil just to get one of the traits on two items. I hope they aren't 'bind-on-pickup' items so people can sell their spare copies.
