I agree that guild halls need to be a thing. Perhaps a keep of some sort in the capital city of the faction the guild is based in that isn't a purchasable house, available once the guild reaches a certain number of members like the guild bank and guild store, with the guild master having main ownership (meaning the ability to place items), and decorator ability being something associated with guild rank the same way bank access is. That said, being able to purchase housing items with guild heraldry would be great.

A choice of item to display at your home would be welcome. However, I'd be happy with just a banner (especially if I could re-texture the Jester ones).
