Permanently locking things like this away behind "right time, right place" requirements is a great way to make new players feel unwelcome and I'm glad ESO is not going down that route.
Well I'm happy because my friends who returned to the game can now get these cool items if they so choose and it's been over a year since Morrowind , we all got to show off all our cool pre order bonuses and what-nots this whole time ..so I say share the wealth. I ALWAYS feel bad when a new player just joining the game wants a mount or pet and there is no longer anyway for they to get it.
Now being an active player would you really have not got the expansion for over a year just because you could save crowns at that moment?
when you pre-order, you are getting "exclusive" gear, it';s kinda the whole point IMO.
Point is, I think it is a little insulting to those who paid extra and pre-ordered for exclusive pre-order bonuses.

The collector's version always included all those items, no matter when you purchased that edition of Morrowind.
The only condition was with the standard version. You had to order that before June 6 to receive the Discovery Pack's additional items.

Exclusivity is often time bound. How often do we see console "exclusives" only last for one or two months?
Can we have a PSA for people who are confused? Prices and availability now may change in the future.
