Where is the Golden Gryphon Garrett?

I understand that the Grotto is not in the showcase because it will probably be a limited time sale later on, but what about this tiny apartment? How is this not available for us at launch? Unless it is there but not in the Crown store or the preview map? Baffling.

It shows on the map and has a gold cost assigned to it if you preview it on PC.

It's the "free" inn room for the chapter, like the Vivec apartment was for Morrowind. A new character can do the "quest" to get it, instead of the ones in Daggerfall, Ebonheart or Vulkhel Guard. It has a gold price because you can buy it if you already have another inn room, but there isn't a Crown price, because it's an inn room, and none of them has one.

Just go to the inn in Alinor, and find whats-her-name outside the door. She''l give you the same spiel as she does anywhere else, and you move in.

I don't see it on my zone map and it doesn't come up in the full map > houses section either. I'm on PS4.

Cool, thank you. It isn't showing up on my map so I was very confused.

Just to elaborate, go to the very top floor of the Inn in Alinor. The door to the apartment is there. It took me a while to find it too, since the marker wasn't showing up when I got too close or too far from it.
