[PC] v4.0.8 - HRC mass group crashes

At least half of the group is crashing to desktop at the same time when approaching the front gates of Hel Ra Citadel. We reset the instance, tried again, and crashed at the same point. Trial is unplayable at the moment.

Klomanda✭Can confirm. Went through Hel Ra (normal) 3 times yesterday, in every single run about 8 people crashed right behind the stairs that lead up to Ra Kotu. For some reason, it was never my game that crashed...

Additional confirmation. Half our team crashed out as we approached the gates tonight. We did manage to log back in and complete though.
Note: several of us also experienced the resource drain bug when pulling the trash mob before final boss.0 -
SBB✭✭Supposedly, deleting your %user%\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\ShaderCache.cooked file while you're logged out will fix this. I wasn't able to replicate the issue solo, so not sure.0

This week my guild had several runs in vHRC and I can confirm (I even opened up a ticket) that more than half of the team crashed at the first pull of adds. Pls fix this problem asap since it's nearly impossible to run for a good score.

I have been kicked 3 times in one raid today. this *** would be hot fixed if it was an exploit or something to do with the Store.... You will ban people for taking advantage when you *** up a patch but when there is no advantage, even though it leave players with a poor playing experience, you do nothing for a week waiting for patch day.

✭Last night we sent one person to pull mobs to the bridge. (It also made for great stacking!)
We were then able to get past the stairs (where the crash normally happens) without incident.
Only did it once, so, not sure if it will work consistently.
Considering AY is the new stam meta, this is a real kick in the pants.0
