Enchants again

So i know i have been asking this before and you have answerd many times and it have been some ok answers but i feel like i still dont know why.
I have dmg poison on my front bar and i have wep pow enchant on my back bar and i am rolling bow/bow.
So here is where i get confused, when i am on my back bar and use endless hale and switch to my front bar and just stand there i can get a proc of but its not my back bar enchant That proc its my front bar dmg poison. Why is that? I dont even have endless hale on my front bar...shouldt endles hale proc my back bar wep pow enchant? :O

Most_Awesome✭✭✭✭✭You would have to cast endless hail then light attack to proc the enchant and then swap, as you can only proc a weapon enchant with the weapon you have active0 -

Ye but is the proc chanse 100% if i light attack? I feel like it should proc anyway sometimes when i have endless up.0 -
