*SPOILERS* Summerset was great

I really had alot of fun with the MQ of Summerset, the final battle with Nocturnal was fun and felt very Elder Scrolls, now with Summerset beat the "Daedric Triad" that was first hinted at in the Orsinium DLC is now over. But I do have some problems/questions

1. Darien - Loved seeing him again, but the absence of Gabrielle was a let down. In the Coldharbour finale she's heartbroken that Darien didn't make it back, then in a couple DLCs you can see her reading several books trying to find out what happened with Darien, then in Summerset she is never seen, A brief reunion with Darien would of been nice
2. Nayru's Children - In the DB DLC you do a quest where you're trying to stop a group from killing Nayru, I haven't played in a long time but I remember the group saying they kill certain people to stop future events that could be catastrophic from happening, in this case they claim that Nayru's child will bring about an event. But that was it, we see Nayru again in Morrowind but no mention of children or that group again. I'm curious if that was a hint at future DLC, or even a future ES game
3. Whats next? At the end of the Vanilla MQ Molag Bal hints that other princes had plans for Nirn and that was further hinted at the end of Orsinium when the Prophet tells you would 3 Princes plotted to invade Nirn. At the end of Summerset the only hint at future content I saw was the Psijic Order finding it odd that Meridia had us use Dawnbreaker to reforge the Heart. So I'm curious if anyone else saw hints at whats next.

    2. Veya is her child and she is in Summerset.
    3. Murkmire DLC (I think Meridia will be antagonist in the future)

Veya is the daughter of Tayva and Eris Releth, you kill her dad in Morrowind and in Summerset she mentions not confronting her Mother before she left Vvardenfell. Unless they used "Nayru's Child" as a metaphor, Apprentice=Child?

The main quest would’ve been perfect if not for the $2 cosplay Nocturnal. Literally that was so disappointing it spoiled the entire end fight looking at an oversized, pixelated, bland npc.

Nothing about her was at all intimidating. VEYA’s shades had a custom model, why the hell didn’t Nocturnal

It wasn't Skyrim HD but Nocturnal looked the same in both games...Ok she wasn't as busty in ESO as she is in Skyrim.

Did you read the book that "mysteriously" appears after you complete the quest track? It's basically Darien's journal warning us not to trust Meridia. I think she's up to no good now that there is another prince out of the way.
Oh, and I loved Razem-Dar's interaction with the Proxy Queen. In typical "feline" attitude, he refuses to get off of the queen's throne.

I agree, it was really well written, I thought. Loved the characters in it, though it would have been great to see a reunion between Gabrielle and Darien. Some of the dialogue made me laugh as well, especially Raz teasing the Proxy Queen right at the end. I found it much more engaging than the MQ of Morrowind.

Yes but thats just the nature of the Daedric Princes, none of the Daedra are 100% good, Meridia is considered one of the "good" Daedra but in the end she is still a Daedric Prince and doesn't actually give a *** about mortals. She offered Darien freedom, freedom from servitude doesn't mean he lives. He was her creation after all

Seemed to drag at times tbh. Most main quests have left me elated this I was just glad it was over. Only one thing that made me go wow was the very cool effect in a certain tower corridor.
Everything will be alright in the end, if its not alright its not the end.

Well Meridia was once an Aedra (Merid-Nunda) in the Dawn Era so I wonder if her schemes will have something to do with either regaining that status or taking vengeance for being cast out cuz she "consorted" with Daedra. I find it weird that she would be the next "antagonist" even if she is a Daedra. Because she was once Aedra she had a hand in its creation so while I doubt she will openly be lovey-dovey with mortals, any scenario that has her doing anything that would cause harm to Mortals goes against the very sphere of influence that she represents which is Life itself (and Light). Maybe, when it comes to Darien, the void was the only type of freedom she could give him cuz now that she is no longer Aedra, she doesn't have that type of power to create separate from herself, a human or mer. If Darien wanted to live, he would have had to stay her servant.
Just guesstimating and pondering over this

She doesn't actually give him freedom though, you can find another diary of his confirming that he's been dragged back to the Colored Rooms and left to die. What I wanna know is why can my Vestige break into no less than half of the Daedric Princes' realms, but I'm just supposed to believe that Darien, a close friend to any DC vestiges, is somehow out of reach. Like we know where he is now, no reason not to bust in their and make Meridia pay us back for all the *** we've done for her. She owes us anyway, forget her and her cheap necklaces.

Really? Felt like a major let down to me. The Psijic Order was acting like *** and the involvement of Mephala and Vile was too short imho. But I very much liked Nocturnal's realm and the raven like creatures with legs.

Overall I am underwhelmed by the short amount of time you need to finish the main quest.

Concur with this. I lost most of my respect for the Psijic Order. Veya getting shoe-horned in whether you killed her or not was sloppy. Being railroaded into doing stupid things is never fun. It did have its good points (hello again, Sotha Sil!) but there are a lot better questlines in other zones.

Yep, that's Stendarr from the Knights of the Nine. Zenithar and Kynareth get in on the act too, with Kynareth insisting that her champion allow a bear to maul their face off and Zenithar allowing men to drive themselves to despair trying to get his mace if they didn't also revere Kynareth. I,like to say the Divines are Good, but not Nice.
