If you open a Crown Crate you get rewards that show up on cards. There's no actual card game in ESO.

Omigosh! I want a Vanguard: Saga of Heroes diplomacy card game in ESO!!!

That's all I ever did in V:SoH. All the time. Eloquent werewolf diplomat who wins people over with cards! I miss that.
