Everything is ok, at least on my end. I did also play the PTS and had no issues. The issues appeared when Summerset went live.
What CPU/GPU are you using? it might be model/brand related. Did you try vMA? the first stages dont bug out, but after Seths it all go downhill, so might want to make it that far. I've not encountered this issue anywhere else.

Lord_Ninka✭✭✭Same. Happened to me in second stage though, the arena would disappear and reappear, making me nauseous and the arena practically impossible. No fun anyway.
No mention of a fix in today's patch notes

profundidob16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭This wall texture missing stuff has only come up for me since the Summerset patch went live. I had to use invisible bridges in Blackheart dungeon yesterday. Ive had this issue in crypt of hearts as well. Never before the patch. I assumed it was a feature of the expansion....
that's correct. This new feature is part of the Psijic skill line and is called "True Vision"
