    10.6 Stamina = 1 Weapon Damage
    10.6 Magicka = 1 Spell Damage

    So say you have spell at 20k and stam at 20k both count?

    Yes both count towards their own category. Keep in mind though that some spells and passives only react with the highest of the two.

    Sooo say i run a 2h just for let's say 1 ability would that one ability shall off of of that?/slashing around?... And let's say I run a desto on the other bar that would run off if that?

    If the skill says stamina than it pulls from stamina. You dont determine which pool to use if that’s what you are asking.

    This I know I'm just making sure for when I hit with my 2h and switch bars to hit with my staff I'll get the best if both worlds

    There is a set I forget which , that will make both stats equal to the highest so you could wear that plow everything into one and benefit on both ... But I think it only works for weapon and spell damage not max resource pool
