Is it just me or is it impossible to find a full group of people up for vet DLC dungeons? Have been trying for the past two weeks and I'm getting nowhere.

I pug sometimes. The problem is that you never know what you're going to get. Usually it's low CP people who have zero dps. Last week I pugged city of ash 2 on vet on my tank and there was a lvl 720 khajit healer with no spc or any skill whatsoever. When asked what he's doing there he said he doesn't take the game seriously. The problem is that doing HM in COA 2 requires skill and dps and he couldn't even support his group with anything. The DDs' damage was also poor... So basically, when you pug you have to take into account that it's going to be a waste of time.

Most people are currently farming veteran Hel Ra, so that it is kinda hard, lately, to find people doing any kind of veteran dungeon through the group find tool.

With this being said, I myself stopped using it because even if you manage to get a group, the chances that people 1. are skilled and 2. know the mechanics are ridiculously low. You better find people in your guilds or among your friends.

Treasure the gifts of friendship. Seek joy and inspiration in the mysteries of love.

If your on about WGT and ICP, I wouldn't care if I never run them again I don't need anything out of them after 12 months of grind, and when I use finder if they come up I just leave to save the frustration .

As for the newer ones I will only run with my guild as I have not long returned and still trying to learn the mechanics.

I think myself that one of the main problems with pretty much any DLC content is that people are scared. Trial guilds hype vet trials to be much harder than they are. The first time I ran a Vet trial I was underwhelmed on the difficulty! It also doesn't help that this is PS4 and a lot of players don't care to learn anything as they are casual players.

Are you referring to finding people in general or through the activity finder? If it's in general find a guild / zone chat.

Because by the Nine, why would you want to PUG veteran Scalecaller Peak!? I highly advise against putting yourself through that.

I'm talking about trying to find a group via /Z or even in guilds. It does seem to me that the majority of players are too scared to even attempt this type of content. Like last night it took me around 3 hours to get a group together for VDSA, which I've never done before, apparently its hard. We crushed it first try with only 2 wipes throughout. I feel that if people actually gave this type of content a crack then the game would be a lot more fun. We have 720's who have never done a vet trial...how is that even possible?

Personally, I understand how you feel. Confidence plays a role definitely, but seriously don't PUG them.. It'll only end in frustration... My tip is tanking, if you can enjoy that. There is definitely not enough Tanks and will improve your chances to find people..

I play the role of the healer myself, I find that gets people wanting to get involved more. Finding a decent tank and healer is 80% of the battle.

Well here's a little insight, most players will only run harder content with a specific group t in or out of a guild and some how you have to find yourself such a group.

I found such a group before I left by running many pugs which usually failed miserably , but in the end I found 3 decent players out of the mess and we used to run most content together.

It's a crap situation but it is what it is.
