Does harmony jewlery trait affect Alkosh synergy strength?

Wanted to try it, but it will take a ton of transmutation crystals and Id rather see if someone tried it first

"Harmony: Increases the power of activated Synergy effects"
So it should increase the strength of the synergies itself, but the set proc is just a proc that happens to be activated by activating a synergy. It is not really a synergy itself. So if it *does* affect it that should be removed.2 -
