Physical CE: Missing Queen's Bounty Pack and Nightmare Senche

After adding the code into my account from the Physical CE I received all the CE items but none of the pre-order items. I got my copy from Bestbuy.com order was placed on may 3rd.

Anyone have this problem?

    Same issue. Ordered on March 21, 2018 received Summerset - PC Collector's Edition today and no pre order items.

    You should have received two codes with your Physical Collectors Edition of Summerset. One code should activate the base game and Summerset. The second code will redeem your bonus items. If you are missing one of the codes please go ahead and contact customer support.

    Myself and Sukiaswiftrunner are having the same issue, we both bought the physical collectors edition, pre order, but neither received the senche mount code or the queens bounty code.

    Just get ticket submitted. It took a few days but they got all my stuff to me.

    I have the same issue but have been waiting since last week to get this resolved. They went in and enabled the mount for me but not the queens bounty pack yet - I’m still waiting and they have done nothing at all. It is beyond frustrating. I had one person come into the ticket and want a receipt but I had already provided that! I’ve really had no movement on my ticket since then and that was all last week.

    You will possibly have to wait quite a while.

    It's the weekend. They are probably off work and unfortunately won't be able to respond until Monday at the earliest.
