Are Dragonstar Arena Master Weapons Tradeable to teammates?

Dungeon drops that are normally bind-on-pickup can be traded to other players in the same instance for a window of 2 hours (I think) after receiving it. I just wanted to know if this was the case with Dragonstar Arena stuff, specifically the Master Weapons.

    Yes, you can trade them with teammates (master weapon). All other drops are BoE that can be listed in guild stores.

    Ah, thanks. I really want the Resto staff for my healer, and it's reassuring to know that my chances of getting it are now three times greater than what I previously thought.
