Shield from psijic - permanent active after relog

I had a power outage in my house, I was logged out of the game and when I came back again, I was with the active shield (of the new skill Pijick line). It stays active without me using the 'block' - and still 'active' after relog again.

Iskras✭✭✭Fixed, but its a bug.
I had to remove the skills from my 'bar', block and return to the rest state for the shield to desist.
However, I relogged twice and the shield was still active. I think it's important to do this report so we can avoid future problems.
