Jubilee Gift Box question

I have four toons that have gone through the Anniversary celebration and received Gift Boxes. The problem is, only one toon, a level 34 Argonion, can take the Transmute crystals from the boxes he received. The other 3 toons, a Nord and two High Elves, all CP 530's, can not retrieve the crystals from their boxes. Said boxes are residing in each toon's inventory. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You’re probably so close to the crystal cap (100 for non-ESO+; 200 for ESO+) that the game is not letting you add those to your crystals total.

Best bet is to actually transmute a piece of gear to lower your amount of crystals ... so that you retrieve the ones in the boxes.

The other option is to simply save the boxes for a later time ... when you can use them for a new build.

Thanks "Taleof2Cities", but I have only 10 crystals in inventory. Those were gotten by my Level 34 Argonion. If memory serves, the boxes can not be banked and are character bound. I'll keep trying.

Make sure your inventory isn't full or almost full.

Yeah, probably an inventory space thing, because unless they've fixed it, the game doesn't care about your current total, and will happily screw you out of extra crystals beyond the cap.
