are really back in the proc meta again. I play console and am fearing the worst hearing about slaods combined with other proc sets..is it just lazy set design?

sloads is fine, overall it has the same damage as other proc sets. All proc sets currently are over time, the past proc set meta was about the instant damage that was dealing, now it's overtime and anyone can surpass it. If someone dies from an overtime proc set, that one would have died from anything else anyway

It is by no means fine, this set cripples sorcs and nbs

do you mean the two top classes that are ahead by much on the other classes? i still think it's fine.
ok DK now may be in line with those two, now with 4 reflects grating snare immune too, but templar and warden are still at the bottom.

Sorc is by no means at the top. Used to be maybe prior to Morrowind. Now it's more like in the middle. StamBlade and Magblade are good if you're a good player and are able to kill someone instantly, otherwise you are toast!

Warden at the bottom? MagWarden, yes, StamWarden is still a tanky murder machine in PvP.

My stamblade doesn't even get scratched by it tbh cause I play smart. If you're a sorc purely stacking shields and not building around it though... I kinda want to say you deserve it.

Sloads is fine if youre tanky or have shields as you can fend off the other damage until the proc wears off, it's certain death for glass cannons & NB's.

EDIT: Or if you get zerged... le rip.

the problem with that is sorcs are signed to work best with shields,

even stacking resist doesnt hep with shields, the only thing that would help is a large health pool which is going to lower or effectiveness against everything else, even 2k less mag hits shields by at TON especially in pvp were shields are halved lol also i dont see everyone elses resistance cut in halve in cyro js

    Exactly this!
You shouldn't be as equally effective against every class or playstyle in game.
Its called compromise.....or evolution. Evolve or die.

Too close minded. There are ways of EFFECTIVE compromise. I won't say a word though :)

Show me a MagSorc build with 30k health and 34k mag, over 1500 mag recovery and at least 2500 spell damage in NonCP PvP then I will agree.
