Same thing here. The entire yesterday ESO was down due to the game suddenly not being detected by Steam and needing to be reinstalled. Then followed by a loop of error 206 that eventually was fixed after a repair and repatch. I got it working just in time for the new patch to hit in the evening. And here we go again. I can login to NA server, but not EU. Elder Scrolls NotSoMuchOnline.[EU PC]0 -

Yeah, only way for me to run ESO atm is to use the eso64.exe found at:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client[EU PC]0
