Vampire--limitations? Perks?

Why would someone want to be a vampire. What are the limitations and what are the perks. New to the game sorry for the question. I read that mages should be a vampire. I'm a high elf warden/mage. Thank you for your help.

    Dunmer is probably a better choice for vampire but anything works for most of the game

    Should be asking why would someone not be a Werewolf.

    Since it offers a passive stamina boost, and you never have to use the WW skills ever.
    And there are no penalties unless you are in WW Form.

    Because you have to waste an ultimate slot on it. Which is far worse than a looking like *** and a little fire damage.

    It's mostly just perks and very little limitations
    NB enthusiastic:
    1. Woodhippie stamblade - DW hard-hitter / PvE
    2. Know-it-all elf Magblade - Healer / PvE & PvP
    3. Hate-them-all elf Magblade - Destrostaff AoE monster / PvE
    4. Cyrodiil-Refugee stamblade - Stamina Tank / PvE

    Go dominion or go home

    Nightblade-Hipster. I played Nightblade before it was cool - from 1.5 onwards.

    Ask your self, Do you want to a be a pathetic mortal with just ok sustain.
    Or do the right thing. And get 10% regen in mag and stam resources

    If you use a Dunmer, the only real limitations are looking like a meth-addicted Smeagol. Vampires look terrible in ESO, but it's worth it.

    U need to slot the ult to benefit from the regen
