Is there interest in a guild for single players? If so, how do I make one?

I have been reading how lots of people play like I do, as if ESO was a single player game. I see also lots of people are like me and haven't joined a guild. So I am not sure if there is one, so if there is not, I thought why not make one up. A guild for single players only.

I guess it would defeat the purpose of playing the game single player, but there could be some people who might just need some help in a quest or dungeon, and would like some help. So this guild could be for people if they are online at the same time or set up a time, could help each other out and that be it. Or people who just want to help others out by helping in quests or just want to give weapons/armour what ever. I am sure there are people out there who don't really care if they give up hard stuff to give up to help out others, or maybe playing the game as a single player might want to play the trader a bit and want to be able to trade with other like minded players.

So my question is, if there is not one (if there is can someone post a link if it's allowed) would you like one? If enough people would like one, how would I create a guild? Right now I play on PC, but might go back to Xbox as well. I don't know nothing about guilds. How to make one or even join one. What is expected when joining a guild. So I would like help in this so I can get more into ESO and hopefully have my experience enhanced.

I have a lonewolf/highlander guild. I would invite you to it but the #1 rule of the guild is that "There can only be one" so I would have to leave if you joined

You can join almost any guild to help others and to get help if needed. Use trader to sell. You don’t have to be socially active. I see no downside there is only benefits. You can turn chat off to avoid it if you want.
Also you just go to Social/Guilds/Create Guild to make one. It’s easily done.

How do I join a guild @XxCalxX? I don't know. Been anti social I don't know how. I have tried this a few years ago, got some help here on the forums, sadly I forget who tried to help me but depression kicked in so I never followed up on their offer.

So I want to try again and I still don't know what to do sadly.

There is at least one out there already, if you're on pc/NA. No requirements, no mandatory anything. People will answer questions if they can, and if you need a hand and help they will. If you just want to solo, that's fine too. They usually have a trader, too. Been around for quite a while, and the gm does guides and youtube stuff.

Really only way is post out in zone chat looking for a guild. Specify what type of guild you are wanting to join. Making this post on forums may also get noticed by someone that can get you an invite to that type of guild.

If you come back to Xbox hit me up. Me and my wife run a guild. It is a big guild with trader. My residence has all attunable station, mundus and all that. My wife suffers from anxiety as many of our officers and members do and playing eso and running a guild and being social with the members really help them. We help everyone and have rules about chat that makes it friendly to everyone. No one asks for help and don’t get it.

Zone chat is always filled with guilds advertising ... I suggest you turn on zone chat text and just ask for an invite to one that sounds suitable to you

Thank you both. I have another problem now. How do you zone chat? LOL. I live under a social rock so don't know how to do anything that is social lol.

A guild for single players only.
On my platform (PC NA) I feel like there's practically a guild for any purpose you'd imagine. Although, I'm a little confused about what your aim with this one is.
some people who might just need some help in a quest or dungeon, and would like some help. So this guild could be for people if they are online at the same time or set up a time, could help each other out and that be it. Or people who just want to help others out by helping in quests or just want to give weapons/armour what ever.

This sounds like just a regular social guild. No requirements, no membership dues, just players helping each other out. You can also just chat with them if you feel like, but not required.

You could certainly start a new guild yourself that's a little more focused on being "for single players", but I think you'd find exactly what you're looking for with any given social guild.
Right now I play on PC, but might go back to Xbox as well.
You should figure out your decision with this first though because guilds are not cross-platform.

If you are on PC/NA Lone Wolf Help is the guild you are looking for.

Several members here on the forums and they are very nice and helpful.

This join an trading guild, the better also help new players and do stuff like normal trials or pvp events.
You don't need to be social but it can help :)
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

wow...seems pointless. There are plenty of casual guilds out there that will suffice for what you want, but obviously you don't want to play the game single player if you are wanting to join a guild of any type for any reason. You can play this game perfectly fine without ever interacting with another player...you might even be somehow able to beat a normal trial solo, the only content that is probably impossible to solo is most vet trials. Soloing vet dungeons is a moderate challenge...and soloing vet DLC dungeons is a real challenge(but still marginally possible for most but not all of them). My suggestion is to play the game multi-player as its meant to be instead of trying to make it something its not

Pointless? I don't think so or I wouldn't have asked. When I was reading about guilds I always read that you had to do this, or you had to do that and pay this much weekly/monthly so after reading this I thought that was guilds were all about. Then I kept reading why people don't join guilds for this very reason so I thought there was no guilds that let you play single player and you have to play multiplayer lots of times.

After reading the people's posts here I am glad I made this thread. So not pointless at all. Now I see there are guilds that let you play single player 100% of the time if you so wish. I am socially inept, so that is why I don't know these things. As I always tell my kids, if you don't know something ask. So I ask.
