Improvements to groups

- Group leader can change settings to allow anybody to invite new members.
- You CAN send group invites to people already in a group. If they accept, they'll leave their current group and join the new one. If they accept and are the group leader, they'll have the option of bringing their current group with them.
- Group invite notifications will include the number of players currently in that group, giving the player an idea of how big it is before they join.
