[Forum] How to set back maintenance announcement ?

Hello,
The announcement banner at the top of the forum just disappeared. I'm almost sure I didn't click on the top right cross to close it.
However, it's the only way to know the maintenance status. I know I can just log out to see it but doing so every few minutes is boring.
Is there a way to set it back ?
